New Mexican jeweler GL Miller opens a new retail space in Santa Fe.

GL Miller’s masterful, high-end jewelry has been continuously featured around the Santa Fe Plaza for five decades. Now the artist has his own space within the R.C. Gorman Navajo Gallery on San Francisco Street in Downtown Santa Fe. Miller will use the retail space to present his newest body of work, GL Collectionz, which will highlight his own jewelry as well as vintage collectible, Native American-made specialty items and collectible rock specimens from around the world.

“I wanted a space where I could feature my own newest pieces alongside those of friend and fellow jewelers who I’ve met or worked with during my five decades of being in the industry,” says Miller. “The emphasis for my own work will be my inlay jewelry but I also do custom work, wedding sets and other one-of-a-kind pieces. Everything I do is always done to the highest level of workmanship.”

One of the newest pieces from GL Collectionz that will be available at the retail space is this exceptional fish bolo featuring a variety of different jewelry techniques, including stone inlay.

Miller, who has had a long relationship with Santa Fe and has even had retail space in La Fonda on the Plaza in the past, is excited to show his hand-crafted work to new collectors. “I’m looking forward to being directly involved in the Santa Fe market once again,” he says. “It is an endless fascinating and inspiring city and one of the few places left in the country where people can come and buy work from such a wide variety of local artisans and designers.”
